Sweet Potatoes (boiled & cubed)

Your Favorite Dark Leafy Greens (ie. kale, collard greens, chard, bok choy, etc.)

2 Cups

Apple (sliced)

1 Each

Unsweetened Dried Cranberries

2 Tbsp


1 Tbsp

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil mixed with 1 Tbsp. Raw Apple Cider Vinegar for your dressing

Follow These Simple Steps:

  1. Add the dark leafy greens to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
