This is the only FOG product I have tried but I will say this is a super charger for my health! I feel better in my heart and in my gut, literally. I not only am sharper after taking this in the morning with my coffee but my workouts have been improved and I can visibly see a difference. In my mind I know that this is good for my heart and I think that helps overall as well. I ran out the other day and realized I am addicted to this supplement and long for it every day. It helps me keep my meal window to only 8-9 hours which is great. I have been recommending this product to everyone.

I tried Insight in the hopes it would contribute to clearer mind and ended up with an unexpected outcome. A positive one. The initial result of insight was dreams.
