If within 60 days from your order delivery, you don't see an improvement in your health and/ or wellbeing, let us know and we'll make it right! We know that health and wellness is a journey and everyone is starting from a different place, so not everyone will see the same results at the same time. Return Policy:

Within 60 days from order delivery, if you are unhappy and would like a refund here’s what to do, click the link at the bottom of this page and follow the return portal prompts.

We will gladly help you any way we can to get you on the way to a healthier tomorrow.

Please Note: We must receive the return product within 60 days from the date of delivery from the shipping service used. A return has to recieve "Delivered" tracking status for a return and refund or exchange to be available to you.

Shipping/ Handling/ Order Issues:

We have a 30-day window after the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) marks your item as delivered in which we can offer help reguarding complications reguarding your order fulfillment.

If your package is lost in transit, misdelivered, if you accidentally entered the wrong address, or even if you meant to order something else, let us know within the 30-day window and we will be happy to work with you. If we can't we'll make it right!

However, if you do not notify us of the failed delivery within the alloted window we will not be able to offer assistance or compensation for that order.

These procedures are enforced to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, while ensuring that we can continue to provide a quality product to other happy customers for years to come! After following the appropriate steps above, please allow adequate time for shipping, return processing, and communication with your bank.

Most refunds will appear in your bank account within 3-5 business days after processing at our facility.
