Article: BrickHouse Lean vs. KetoFuse: Ingredients, Doses, and Price Compared

Lean costs about $3.00 a day on Subscribe & Save. KetoFuse can run as little as $1.10. We make Lean, so we'll say it plainly: if price per day were the only thing to weigh, this would be a short post.
Price is a fair place to start, but it's only part of the picture. The rest is seen on the supplement facts label, comparing the ingredients, dosages, and potential effectiveness.
Below, we put both products side by side to help you find the right weight loss supplement for your goals.

Lean is our physician-formulated daily weight loss supplement, made to help manage appetite and cravings and support steady energy. It has 9 active ingredients, and our label shows the exact amount of each one.
Per serving of 3 capsules:
The two largest ingredients, Meratrim and Caralluma fimbriata, have each been studied in connection with appetite and body weight. Caffeine and Advantra Z, a bitter orange extract standardized to p-synephrine, are the stimulant side of the formula. InnoSlim, chromium, EGCG, forskolin, and fucoxanthin round out the rest.
A study on one ingredient doesn't prove what a finished product will do for you. The dose used and the people studied both make a difference, and so does how well the research was run. That's why we list every amount. You can hold each one up against the research yourself.
Take 3 capsules once a day after breakfast. Skip it within 5 hours of bedtime, since the caffeine can keep you up at night. At 3 capsules a day, one bottle of Lean is a 30-day supply.
Lean is built to support your effort, not replace it. It's designed to help with appetite and cravings first, so that's the place to watch in the early weeks.
Changes on the scale take longer. They depend on your calories, activity, and sleep, and they're different for everyone. We'd rather tell you that up front than have you expect fast results.
Plan on a few months of steady daily use alongside your routine. Keep the bottle next to the coffee maker so the after-breakfast dose becomes a habit. For a closer look at those first months, our guide to what to expect with Lean walks through it step by step.
You can pause, skip a month, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account. If you have an HSA or FSA, you may be able to pay for Lean with pre-tax dollars through Truemed.
Lean is third-party tested and physician-formulated. The full label is on the product page, with every ingredient and the exact amount, so you know what you're getting.
Lean has 100 mg of caffeine (about what's in a cup of coffee) plus p-synephrine from Advantra Z. Both are stimulants, and stimulants can raise heart rate and blood pressure.
If you take prescription medicine, have a heart or blood pressure condition, or don't handle caffeine well, show your doctor or pharmacist the label first. It takes two minutes.

KetoFuse is marketed for keto support, appetite, energy, and weight management. A serving is 2 capsules, with 30 servings per bottle. Here's how its Supplement Facts panel breaks down per serving:
Green tea extract and caffeine show up in a lot of weight-management formulas. African mango, raspberry ketones, and apple cider vinegar are marketed for weight management too, and the research behind each one varies widely. As with any blend, studies on single ingredients don't show what the combined product will do.
Two of KetoFuse's 7 ingredients have their own listed amounts. The other 5 share one number. The panel shows 400 mg for the "Proprietary Formula" as a whole, with no amount for any single ingredient inside it.
FDA labeling rules allow this. Companies do have to list blend ingredients in order by weight, so green tea extract is the largest of the 5 and grape seed extract is the smallest. Beyond that order, the label doesn't say how the 400 mg is split.
That leaves two things you can't check from the label. There's no way to compare the green tea extract or apple cider vinegar against the amounts used in research. And you can't tell how much caffeine is in a serving.
If you want those numbers, you can try messaging KetoFuse directly.
The directions call for 2 capsules a day with water, 20 minutes before a meal. Follow the label on the bottle you buy, since directions can change.
KetoFuse contains caffeine, but the amount isn't listed. If you're sensitive to caffeine or take medication, show your pharmacist the label and mention that the caffeine amount isn't disclosed.
Based on KetoFuse's published pricing:
The lowest daily price means paying for 6 months up front.
KetoFuse says on its website that the product is independently third-party tested. You can ask the company about its testing process and whether it shares certificates of analysis for the finished product.
| BrickHouse Lean | KetoFuse | |
|---|---|---|
| Primary focus | Appetite, cravings, and energy for weight management | Keto support and weight management |
| Listed active ingredients | 9 | 7 |
| Ingredient amounts | All 9 listed individually | 2 listed, 5 share a 400 mg proprietary blend |
| Caffeine per serving | 100 mg | Not disclosed |
| Daily serving | 3 capsules | 2 capsules |
| One-time price per day | About $3.33 | About $1.55 |
| Lowest subscription price per day | About $3.00 | About $1.10 (6-month plan) |
| Third-party tested | Yes | Yes |
This is the biggest difference between the two labels. Lean shows the amount of each of its 9 active ingredients, caffeine included, so you can check the whole formula in one place.
KetoFuse lists amounts for raspberry ketones and African mango. Its other 5 ingredients, including caffeine, sit inside a 400 mg proprietary blend with no individual amounts.
Either way, the amount of each ingredient tells you more than the length of the list. A longer list doesn't make a better supplement.
Both formulas include ingredients tied to energy. Lean pairs 100 mg of caffeine with p-synephrine, and both amounts are on the label. KetoFuse includes caffeine anhydrous inside its proprietary blend, so its label doesn't show how much is in a daily serving.
Count your coffee, tea, and any pre-workout before adding either one. If stimulants tend to bother you, read the full formula closely.
KetoFuse is aimed at people following a keto-style diet. Ketosis happens when the body makes more ketones because it's relying more on fat for fuel, usually during a big cut in carbohydrates.
A supplement can't put you into ketosis or keep you there. Your carb intake, your overall calories, and how your body responds do that work.
Lean isn't built around a ketogenic diet. It's meant to support appetite and energy alongside whatever eating plan you already follow.*
At published prices, KetoFuse costs less per day. Its 6-month plan works out to about $1.10 a day, compared with $3.00 for Lean on Subscribe & Save.
If you plan to take a supplement for several months, that gap adds up. Weigh it against what's in each capsule and how much of it you can verify, so price isn't the only thing deciding for you.
This works for any supplement, including ours. Five things to look for:
A supplement can be one sensible piece of a weight-management plan. Your daily habits carry far more weight over the long run.
Start by eating slightly fewer calories than you burn, so fat loss comes gradually. Get enough protein at each meal to help hold on to muscle, and add strength training a few times a week. Walking counts. So do good sleep and showing up most days.
If you add a supplement, keep a few notes on your appetite, energy, and sleep. Give it time before you judge it, and don't credit every change on the scale to the capsule.
Lean may be the better fit if you want every amount on the label, your main goal is managing appetite and cravings, and 100 mg of caffeine in the morning works for you.
KetoFuse may suit you better if you're following a keto diet and the lowest price per day is your top priority.
For anyone sensitive to stimulants, or taking medication that could interact with them, the first step is the same for both. Talk with your doctor before starting either one.
You can, but a supplement won't provide the same benefits as regular activity. Eating fewer calories than you burn drives weight loss. Strength training helps you keep muscle while you lose. What a supplement adds depends on its ingredients, its doses, and how your body responds.
You may feel more alert soon after taking a caffeinated supplement, while changes in appetite can vary from person to person. Visible weight loss takes longer and depends on the bigger picture, including your diet, exercise routine, sleep quality, and consistency over time. Lean and KetoFuse can play a supporting role in your weight loss plan, but neither guarantees a specific timeline for results.
KetoFuse is marketed for keto support, but taking it won't put you into ketosis by itself. Nutritional ketosis usually takes a significant cut in carbohydrates. If keto is your goal, what you eat will matter far more than any capsule.
Many of our customers take Lean alongside Field of Greens or Fortify. If you're adding Lean to other supplements, check the labels for overlapping ingredients like caffeine or chromium, and show the full list to your primary healthcare provider.
