P-synephrine has been shown to significantly increase thermogenesis in subjects performing a resistance training test.     So far, so good.

    I have been taking the supplement for 2 weeks and so far it seems to be working. It keeps me from wanting to snack so much and eat too much every day. I plan to keep trying it and see how much weight I lose! I can't wait for the results!

    LEAN is helping.
