Advantra Z is a standardized, clinically studied Citrus Aurantium extract from bitter orange containing p-synephrine. P-synephrine has been shown to significantly increase thermogenesis in subjects performing a resistance training test.     Haven't started to see any significant weight loss, and I'm on my third month. I like the product because I'm never really hungry, but a bit discouraged. Not giving up yet!!!

    Good supliment

    I’m on my 2nd week and have lost 2 pounds. My appetite is reduced later in the day and my energy is up. No side effects. If this keeps up, I’ll be at my goal weight in about 4 months. The only issue is the price. It’s expensive.

    How is Lean working?

    I waited about a month to review. My main concern was controlling the cravings. At 1st, I did not think it was working. However, I do think it is. Haven't lost much weight, but I am slimming up since I am exercising. Only doing 25 minutes a minimum of 3x a week. I am feeling more energetic. To understand this and to get perspective, I am 63 years old, haven't exercised in 30+ years and have been diagnosed with Lymes Disease. I will be ordering a 2nd bottle soon.
