Advantra Z is a standardized, clinically studied Citrus Aurantium extract from bitter orange containing p-synephrine. P-synephrine has been shown to significantly increase thermogenesis in subjects performing a resistance training test. It has been shown to be synergistic with caffeine in increasing energy expenditure, accelerating weight loss, and suppressing appetite.
