I’m 21 days into my first jar and the taste is really good which was my first concern. This alone has kept my streak going.I haven’t noticed any changes in me but maybe my doctor will before day 60?

I’ve been using now for close to two weeks and making these nutritious smoothies. I have one smoothie either for breakfast or lunch and I feel a difference in energy and fullness from the smoothie. I’m planning to continue this routine. I did have blood work done about 10 days in and my cholesterol and glucose were down both about 10%.
