“Eat the Rainbow” is a colorful tagline used by dietitians and nutritionists and a completely legitimate strategy for good health.

Fruits and vegetables contain phytochemicals – each with their own unique set of benefits. The major colors, red and green, not coincidentally, complement each other at either end of the color wheel. They're synergistic.
For optimal health, the USDA recommends 5 cups of fruits and vegetables a day.

FIELD OF GREENS’S Organic Greens Blend contains 12 different vegetables, fruits, and herbs. Some of the well-known greens like spinach, kale, and broccoli are rich in phenolic acids, carotenoids, flavanoids, glucosinalates, and vitamins. Researchers have found the phytochemicals contained in such foods to be a primary reason why vegetables reduce the risk for various diseases. A few unique plants, spirulina and chlorella, are superfoods. These blue-green algae can detoxify heavy metals, improve white blood cell function, reduce cholesterol, and improve endurance.
A healthy metabolism is paramount for overall health. Without it, everything else breaks down. Ginger, Licorice, Turmeric, and Green Tea all support a fully functioning metabolism. Ginger reduces nausea and increases nutrient absorption by increasing enzyme activity in the digestive tract. Licorice helps protect against heartburn and ulcers. Turmeric performs a myriad of helpful functions such as reducing gas and bloating and promoting liver health (the liver is perhaps the most important organ for metabolism). Finally, Green Tea increases metabolic rate, fat oxidation, and insulin sensitivity
The Organic Reds Blend is packed with anthocyanins, carotenoids, tannins, and more. Blueberry contains very high levels of malvidin, an anthocyanidin that can reduce DNA damage, blood pressure, pro-inflammatory factors, and general oxidation along with several other beneficial effects. Tart cherries are a popular food with endurance athletes for their ability to promote lipid metabolism and reduce muscle damage and soreness. Beets are another superfood. High in naturally-occurring nitrates, beets improve vascular health.
The influence of gut bacteria on human health is strikingly robust. To keep our helpful bacteria going, FIELD OF GREENS contains 2 grams of prebiotic fiber, which is essentially bacteria food. Bacillus Coagulans improves immunity, reduces bloating, enhances protein absorption, and increases anti-inflammatory cytokines.
Field of Greens is just so awesome. More energy, better clarity, (has helped the digestive system). Just overall feel better since taking this stuff!
I'm 72 & don't eat the way I used to. In fact, I could never eat all the wonderful food that is in this wonderful canister of "Field of Greens". I am so impressed at the extra energy I'm experiencing that I shared mine with my daughter, who is going thru chemo therapy. I will be making sure I don't run out. By the way, it is delicious!
The best greens drink I have had. Good job guys. I'm re-ordering more right now.
I have previously used Balance of Nature capsules to help ensure getting a recommended amount of fruits and veggies, but I found they "repeated" on me unless I pulled apart each and mixed the contents with juice, etc. Field of Greens looked like an ideal product (easy to use, high quality), however each scoop is only the equivalent of a single helping of fruit and single serving of veggies - so in order to consume the same number of servings, I'd have to have 5 scoops a day (which I couldn't afford). The other thing I wasn't enthused about was the Stevia sweetener - too cloyingly sweet and "artificial" tasting.
I'm hoping you might consider adding a scoopable product with more than a single fruit/veggie serving - and without the sweetener. I found that blending the powder with warm Almond milk made a nice matcha tea worked nicely (still sweeter than I would like though). Thank you and I will continue to watch Brickhouse for new products in the future!
I have tried many powders of these type and frequently have found them to be nearly insoluble and disagreeable to my taste buds. Not so with your product. I actually look forward to taking it twice per day. My only complaint is that the container is too small.. I have to re-order sooner than I thought so I won't run out
