Dark Chocolate and Greens Energy Bites

A new, delicious way to get those greens in for all day energy!

Prep Time: 1 hr

Servings: 3-4

What You'll Need:

ITEM AMOUNT

20 Medjool Dates, pits and stems removed

Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats

1 Cup

BrickHouse Nutrition Field of Greens

3 scoops (30mg)

Natural Peanut Butter

2 Tbs

Maple Syrup

Dark Cocoa Powder

Kosher Salt

Water

1- 2Tbs

2 Tbs

1/4 tsp

3 Tbs

Follow These Simple Steps:

1.     Add all ingredients into the bowl of your food processor and blend until the mixture is well combined and can be formed into a ball in your hands.

2.     Remove the blade of your food processor.

3.     Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into your hands to form a ball.

4.     Place formed balls on a cookie sheet and refrigerate for an hour before eating.

5.     Place remaining energy bites in a tightly sealed container. Can keep in the refrigerator for 3-4 weeks.
