After 1 month on Fortify - the whole food vitamin. My labs are improving, I hav more energy and my strength is already coming back. I have taken vitamins my whole life but after I had the Sleeve - stomach surgery, my body was slowly not getting the nutrients it needed (I didn't know it) I was slowly losing strength in different parts of my body one at a time over the last 8 yrs. I have had every test and seen every doctor known to man trying to figure it out. My family doctor told me was stumped and spent her time off recovering from surgery researching my symptoms and every possibility including the fact that I had the Sleeve. She ran so many tests it required 21 tubes of blood sent to Mayo. It showed several vitamin deficiencies and I was severely anemic. Now I am recovering. I am starting to feel normal again.

I switched to this product from a synthetic vitamin about a month ago. I can't yet evaluate the long-term effectiveness, but I can comment that the capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any taste or odor. I take them along with a couple other supplements in the morning. It would be nice if there were a larger bottle at a better price-point, but that's just a minor consideration. If you are looking for a natural vitamin, I think this is a good selection. I'll update this review in a few months if I have some other feedback to share.
