I am on my 6th jar of the original Field of Greens. I think it is a pricey supplement yet I continue to take it once daily along with my daily vitamin and other herbal supplements. I have dropped 30 pounds by walking 2 miles a day, cutting out alcohol, fried foods and sweet tea. Yes, the product helps curb my morning appetite and gives me nutrition I would not get from what I would normally be putting in my mouth.
