    East to take; early results look good!

    I started taking Lean about a month ago. I take Lean after breakfast each day. No side effects and I am starting to notice my appetite decrease. Also have more energy. So far so good!

    It's helping!

    I have lost 100lbs in Six years. I hit another platue and I was hoping this would give me the nudge I needed. I been taking this stuff for about two months. I also started Strength training and Compound lifts a month ago. I haven't lost any weight so far but I have been losing CM in my waist, hips, and neck steadily. I noticed my cravings are a lot less. So I make smarter choices in what I eat. I also have more energy. I went down 2% in Body Fat percentage as well. Since I started taking it. That is important thing anyway. My Belly Bloat is gone. Just to add. This isn't a magic pill. You still have to do the work but it will aid you in getting healthier.

    Slow burn

    I bought this knowing Bongino wouldn't put his word behind a BS product and I was right. Week 2 I noticed my hunger was gone. I don't have the urge to snack or graze on food around the house. I'm super sensitive to supplements as well, from the first dose , not one side effect. I'll continue using this product

    Love it

    Lean reduces my cravings and you can just feel it working. It's hard to explain but it leaves this feeling in your stomach that just makes you feel like you're losing weight. It also gives me a much needed boost if energy in the mornings!
