The mix itself is a little sweet for my taste, but I added two scoops of pomegranate powder and the end result is something I genuinely enjoy with my breakfast each morning. I have taken a full jar of the Field of Greens powder and noticed increase in energy. It mixes with water very well and the taste is good. No lingering taste or burping up the taste like some vitamins will do. I'm planning on continuing to use the product for a couple of months to see if there are any other benefits I notice. So far I like it, the only thing is the price is a little high.
