I wanted to the buy the Foundation but the Field of Greens looked enticing as well. I thought it might be good for my son who doesn't always have the time to eat enough vegetables each day. It turns out it is very delicious and it feels good taking that instead of a second cup of coffee or works nicely for a little afternoon drink. We mix a scoop of Field of Greens with a small glass of vanilla almond milk and put in a shaker as one would use to make a cocktail. It shakes up really good and makes it smooth and is cold. We don't add ice as it might get too watery. Anyways we just had another family visiting us and they all tried it and it was a hit with their 4 year old who thought it was yummy and wanted more! It feels good to know that Field of Greens is in my body and my son's!
