I started Brickhouse Greens two weeks ago. I usually take it in the morning before I workout. The flavor(strawberry lemonade) is very good. Field of grains powder is very fine and mixes very well with temped water. So, I assume it mixes well with everything else. I feel it’s still too early to determine the benefits of field of greens. I do look forward to continuing field of greens for another couple of months. I also, have relied on the research and study behind field of greens. That’s what turned me onto this product.

I have been drinking two 8-oz glasses of FOG's per day for several months now, and without doing anything else, I've lost 10 pounds and feel great.
