Some of the well-known greens like spinach, kale, and broccoli are rich in phenolic acids, carotenoids, flavanoids, glucosinalates, and vitamins. Researchers have found the phytochemicals contained in such foods to be a primary reason why vegetables reduce the risk for various diseases. A few unique plants, spirulina and chlorella, are superfoods. These blue-green algae can detoxify heavy metals, improve white blood cell function, reduce cholesterol, and improve endurance.

I'm terrible at getting in my fruits and veggies. This is a great product where you can get your servings in quickly and you can either do stand alone or mix it in with something else.
Field of Greens is a wonderful and nutritious product, highly recommended to supplement your diet. I love the fact that you get an abundance of vitamins in just one serving, which makes you feel less guilty for skipping out on veggies throughout the day, and it provides a noticeable energy boost right after consumption. In trying both the original and wildberry flavors mixed with water, the wildberry tastes great, where the original reminds you that you are drinking vegetables. It's not horrible, I'd just prefer less of the vegetable flavor. Both products provide the same amount of vitamins and nutrients, with the only difference being added sweeteners to give the wildberry its flavor profile. As someone watching carb intake, the 5 gram difference is worth the taste tradeoff. Thank you Brickhouse for this great product!
